Facilitas helps consumers find new banks, we enable them to switch fast and we let banks know why they're winning and losing.

Today, we're a small team based in New York City dedicated to helping consumers find the best banks and switch. We do research to maintain information about banks and their checking accounts and we gather instructions and forms from billers to make switching banks easier. The data we receive from consumers using our tools enables us to help our clients improve their products and services.

The Team

Robert Rubin is the founder and CEO of Facilitas. Prior to starting Facilitas, Rob spent eight years at Forrester Research, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Forrester Data. Rob is passionate about making it easier for consumers to shop for and switch banks.

Andrew Shimomura is Vice President of Research. Andrew leads the research efforts for FindABetterBank. Andrew loves that his work helps people make the best banking choices. Andrew graduated from Columbia University in 2007.

Kevin Walker is a developer. Kevin is responsible for developing new features. He pays a lot of attention to making information easy to find and use. Kevin graduated from Dartmouth College in 2008.

Susan Wolfin is Manager of Community Development. Susan works with banking associations and credit union leagues to educate their members about getting their account information on FindABetterBank.
